Excellent guitar work. I only wish you took it somewhere beyond the 1 minute loop. the melody and the whole idea has a great potential. keep rockin' brah!

MacMelto responds:

thanks for the feedback! I too wish I had made it a bit longer, but I'm always scared of running out of juice on the track and having it die out, I'll work on this though

I love it! it's like walking through Mordor.

Hexol94 responds:

Certainly has this other worldly feel.

Quite epic. easy to see it as part of a video game or a movie theme, for sure. nicely done!

3GXISFAMOUS responds:

Thank you..

Yeah most of my beats usually fit under the video game category

I like this track. one small observation, tough. it sounds awfully familiar. the theme is called "Take Five". according to wikipedia this famous jazz piece was written by Paul Desmond and originally performed by The Dave Brubeck Quartet in 1959. your track is no doubt newer, the key and time sig are different, etc... but you may want to consider a little shout out to the original author. listen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5RpfoH 0drZ8

MetatronMusic responds:

Yeah take five was te inspiration behind this, when it gets finished ill give them a shout out

SomePiker, another excellent loop. I really like your stuff. alot. you have some imagination and creativity, bro! but...
i got to tell you most of your stuff I listened to sounds like it's recorded +3dB too much. it distorts the quality of your work, which otherwise deservs a lot of respect. looking forward to your new releases.

SomePiker responds:

Interesting observation. It's probably because I use headphones and like my music volume LOUD. I usually put Limiters to prevent this, but it's also possible that it's an MP3 encoding thing as Newgrounds doesn't support lossless WAV's.

Anyway, thank you for the comment. I'll try to prevent this in the future.

dunno about everybody, but I like. actually it does not sound creepy to me. nice job.

NegaNote responds:

Thank you very much! :D

very good. not crappy at all. I enjoyed it. you got to address the issue of song ending off the cliff :\ unless it's not the whole song, just a teaser? anyway, it's a good one.

killapickle1 responds:

Thanks, and the reason it ends like that is because it was a test song. Im going to attempt to make a full one next.

dude, wow nice job! i understand "spaghetti', other than that i have no idea what you're singing, but you can SING! vocals are excellent. the overall song composition is superb. very pro accross the board. the best original complete song I've heard in a long time. 5-stars, hands down!

spot1techno responds:

Thank you!!

yeah. the energy it definetely there. actually personally I feel the melody is very cool. it tells a story. the arpeggios descending from E-minor (I think) with the drums give it an excellent "spicing", the piano/string parts at the beginning and and are very mood-setting kind, very melodic. I'sd say actually prertty dramatic. I enjoed it end-to-end. a lot. Nice work!

Clerkius responds:

Thankyou for the feedback. The 'story' fused into this track is essentially at the mercy, and interpretation of the listener. There is no solid basis in any part of my track for that reason. Glad you liked it.

Nice!

PHIctitious5 responds:

THANK YOU!
